Monstrously Delicious:Bringing to life a SPICY Cocktail inspired by Frankenstein

Hey there, vintage enthusiasts and cocktail aficionados! If you're like me and adore the charm of vintage fashion and have a proclivity for craft cocktails, you're in for a treat. I've decided to blend the best of both worlds and present you with a new series for your Halloween season. In this spooky journey, I'm creating cocktails that are inspired by the iconic Universal Studios classic horror monsters. And what better way to kick off this thrilling adventure than with the legendary Frankenstein's monster?

If you prefer to watch the creation of this cocktail you can view the full video below!

Universal Pictures unleashed a cinematic marvel that would send shivers down spines and ignite a fascination with the macabre. That marvel was 'Frankenstein,' released in 1931. Directed by James Whale and starring Boris Karloff as the iconic monster, this black-and-white classic brought Mary Shelley's Gothic tale to life like never before. With its eerie laboratory scenes, unforgettable makeup effects, and the haunting presence of Karloff's monster, 'Frankenstein' became an instant classic, laying the groundwork for the horror genre we know today. It's a film that transcends time and remains a must-see for anyone with a taste for vintage horror that's still as electrifying as ever today.

Halloween is the season of frights, delights, and ghoulishly good times, and what better way to celebrate than by concocting a drink that pays homage to one of the most iconic monsters in literary history – Frankenstein's Monster! We're here to guide you through the process of creating a spine-tingling and visually stunning & SPICY Frankenstein-inspired cocktail that will electrify your Halloween party. Let's dive into the laboratory of mixology and bring this delicious beast to life!

1 Cucumber

Bringing it to life -

  4. Optional add green edible glitter and green food coloring to add even more festiveness and ghoulish delight

  5. Add ice to your shaker and give it a shake

  6. Strain into your most spooktacular glass. I used a tiki pearl diver glass to represent Frankenstein's monsters bolts (Pearl Driver Glasses I earn commisions on this link, if you'd like to support the blog feel free to use it!)

There's no better way to celebrate the spooky season than with a ghoulishly delightful cocktail inspired by one of the most iconic monsters in literary and cinematic history. Cheers to a monstrously delicious Halloween!
